Wow, sucky feeds!
Now that I’ve started using Google Reader, I see why people have been complaining about the feeds from this site. Every single one of the New or Updated feed items reappears once a day. Sorry about that. I wasn’t sure whether it was a reader bug (because Thunderbird seems mostly fine with it) or a bug in my code. The problem is that the id of the items are generated automatically by the library I’m using, and it generates them based on the current date. So when the clock rolls over, there are a set of 30 items with brand new IDs. I fixed the issue in the comments feed I mentioned earlier, and intend to fix it in the others ASAP.

jason, i’m not sure if you fixed this, but i have been and still am now getting dupes in Tb (for new and updated styles).
one thing with your blog - it would be nice to have comments thread (all replies have ref to first post, just a 1 level, don’t really need reply to reply hierarchy here), and have the Sender as the poster’s id..
i haven’t yet seen a forum which provides rss feeds with a nice newsgroup-style formatting of posts. it sure would be nice if forum software would have this built in for people.

alta88, hopefully the dupes issue in Thunderbird is now fixed. I uploaded the update I was talking about now, so you may receive one more set of dupes, then that should be it.
This blog is just a default Wordpress blog, I wouldn’t know how to implement threading in the comments.

yep, no more dupes in Tb. it’s the only way to get yer updates..
yeah, almost no one does rss feeds right. it shouldn’t be up to end users like you (enough to do without worrying about forum trivia).
