Was really looking fwd to this one… wanted to disable global styles only for some sites. like the ones i’ve already applied css styles like brushed look etc. when will it get incorporated? its alerady there in greasemonkey. kinda miss it here.

Rigz, that bug describes a change to the Firefox code that hasn’t been made yet. There’s currently no way of using it.

So lets say, this (Exceptions in user styles) would be on the to-do list for the next version of userstyles! (innit?!)

No, this is a change that has to be made in Firefox, there’s nothing I can add to Stylish or userstyles.org that would make this work. There is a Firefox patch attached to that bug report, so I’m hopeful that it’ll be present in Firefox 3.0.
